Ingrediente:
- 500 g faina
- 30 g drojdie
- 200 ml lapte cald
- 70 g zahar
- 2 oua
- 15 ml rom
- 30 ml ulei
- 1 praf de sare
- 2 plicuri zahar vanilat
- coaja de la o lamaie sau de la o portocala
- zahar pudra
Mod de preparare:
- jumatate din cantitatea de lapte caldut se pune intr-o cana impreuna cu drojdia si se lasa la dospit 10 min
- restul de lapte se amesteca cu zaharul, zaharul vanilat, sarea, uleiul, ouale, romul si coaja de lamaie
- se amesteca cele doua si impreuna cu faina se face coca de gogosi, care dupa ce a fost framantata bine se pune intr-un recipient acoperit cu un prosop si se lasa la dospit la loc calduros pana isi dubleaza volumul.
- se framanta coca si se intinde cu sucitorul cam de 1 cm grosime
- cu un pahar rotund sau cu o forma dantelata se da forma gogosilor si se mai lasa la dospit gogoselele pentru inca 20 de min
- se prajesc gogosile in baie de ulei, se intorc rapid pe o parte si pe alta si se scot pe un platou tapetat cu servetele
- se pudreaza cu zahar pudra
- se pot servi si cu toping de dulceata

- 70 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 15 ml rum
- 30 ml of oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 sachets vanilla sugar
- Zest of a lemon or an orange
- Powdered sugar
Method:
- Half the warm milk in a cup is put together with the yeast and let it rise for 10 minutes
- Mix the remaining milk with the sugar, vanilla, salt, oil, eggs, rum and lemon zest
- Mix the two and make dough with flour donuts that after it was kneaded well put it in a bowl covered with a towel and leave to rise in warm place until doubled in volume.
- Knead dough with rolling pin and spread about 1 cm thick
- With a glass or a round shape to shape laced donuts and let them to grow for another 20 min
- Fry the donuts in oil bath, quickly turn on one side and the other on a platter with napkins
